Collin loves teething toys, crinkly toys, and things that make noise. Collin is a very happy baby. He is rambunctious at times and loves his older siblings. Collin is the baby of the family, with an older sister and two older brothers. Dad was recently laid off but has recently started back to work. The family is trying to get back on their feet financially and catch up on bills. Mom has health challenges and is balancing caregiving responsibilities with managing her illness and household responsibilities.
