Ellis is an energetic and outgoing 5-year-old on the autism spectrum. He lives with his mother and three siblings in his aunt’s home after the family lost their housing. Ellis is unreliably verbal, which can make communication and peer interactions difficult, but he is always happy to meet new people. He loves spending time with his mother and aunt, going to school, and visiting the library. Ellis enjoys playing with LEGOs and toy cars, swimming, and being active outdoors. He also likes watching Paw Patrol and Gabby’s Dollhouse. At home, Ellis enjoys doing crafts with his family and being read to, often following along in the book
